I am using Primo PDF which is free. It gives you a choice of qualities (and hence file sizes) as you save.



I have reduced existing pdf files in size by opening the file and printing it again (from the pdf itself, not the original document), this time choosing a lower resolution.



Of course you can also reprint the original.

you may not, yet wave documents are ten circumstances greater than mp3's, and the known distinction is incredibly small in assessment to the dimensions distinction.
