Mac backup software to an online storage solution?

Question

My online storage people have Delta Copy for Windows...and Rsync for Mac.

Now, Rsync kinda freaks me out a little....is there a software for Mac that is similar
to Delta Copy that I can use with my online storage solution place??

(I have Time Machine on an external - which now doesn't work (says to reformat) - and I need to be able to back up the information that is also on my external hard drive)

I use Media lightbox, (http://www.medialightbox.com/home) it has a lot of functions that I don't use but I'll never have to worry about lost data again. I think it's cheap too which makes it even more valuable. Worth looking into.
