The product key is not integrated into the software. Usually, it's on a sticker, either on the envelope/package the software came in, or on the back of one of the CD sleeves. To my knowledge, no one's been able to crack Microsoft's encryption program to decrypt the key from the registry entries.

If you're doing a reinstall, meaning that you installed the software once before and are having to install it again for whatever reason, you might be able to contact MS. That is, as long as you registered your copy the first time around. Customer service *might* be able to get that for you.

Ms have never released anything called office 7. I would download and install open office. Its free and had all the functionality of office without having to pay for a product key. These are individual so there is no point asking on here even if someone gave you theres it would not work.

Simply you can not coz simply it is not there at all,,,but you write it during the installion process,,, so it became integrated only after installion,,, and that is why some people can install it with another serial number and not the original one

try keyfinder:

note that some anti-spyware programs consider this to be a security threat. from my expirience, it is not. it is just a simple program that decrypts your windows xp and office registration keys and shows them to you.
