Selling Adobe Web Bundle Software?

I've got a brand spanking new version of Adobe Web Bundle software for the PC (education version -- for which there's no difference from the regular version). However, I have already opened it, installed and registered it on my machine. The problem is I don't use it, don't know how to use it, and don't have time to learn how to use it. I was just on a spending spree and bought it on a whim.

My question: Can I legally sell this software, say, on eBay?

I would (of course) remove it from my machine. However, since I've already registered the product with Adobe, I'm wondering if there are any implications I should be aware of.

I would appreciate your ideas and thoughts. Thank you.

It is complicated, eBay states:

Academic software is software sold at significantly discounted prices to students, faculty members and educational institutions. Do not list academic copies of software on eBay unless you are authorized to do so as an educational reseller, an educational institution a student or a faculty member. They then refer you to an Abobe statement:

.

The software was an academic, NFR ("not-for-resale"), or OEM version (where not permitted by law) being offered in violation of applicable agreements with Adobe and further distribution by seller constitutes patent, trademark and copyright infringement.

The bottom line is what does the EULA (End User License Agreement) say. If it allows further sale, Adobe says good to go, but eBay may still restrict you if you are not "eligible" to sell academic software.

I'm sure Adobe frowns on it. As far as legality, I'm not sure..

You bought it at a discounted price, opened and registered it. Since you got the educational package it's supposed to be used for just that. Did you have to show a student ID when you bought it? Who's to say if you sold it the person that bought it wouldn't use it for profit.

However... I don't think you will have many (if any problems). As far as the other person's ability to use the program. Read the license agreement... it may have something about transferring ownership or something.

There are places which you will discover older modifications of psonline and that they do now no longer seem to be commonly very intense priced pondering which you're actually no longer getting manuals with it, in basic terms the obtain. The upside of it extremely is, is which you are able to purchase a variety of older modifications for an extraordinarily low value after which turn around and use it to augment to the cutting-area-day version of playstation . i've got have been given faith that Adobe replace into allowing modifications back to Photoshop CS to be eligible for an advance to CS4. If I undergo in ideas good there's a sliding value scale counting on what version you have, yet make certain Adobe's strategies superhighway cyber web internet site for the significant factors.
