What is the latest version of Photoshop and where can I buy it and download it?
I found Photoshop CC and elements, I don't know what this is...
It used to be CS(number).

Adobe has completely changed how it releases its programs, including Photoshop. There is no more CS (Creative Suite), it's all Creative Cloud (CC) You actually have to subscribe to the programs you want. You get to download them, but must maintain the contract to use them, it's a monthly fee. The disadvantage is that if you don't maintain the subscription, you don't get to use the product. The advantage is that you get instant updates; you don't have to buy the update or new release separately. A LOT of people are very unhappy with Adobe about this change.
The most recent and last version of Photoshop CS is CS6, which I believe is still easily available.
Photoshop Elements is the consumer version of Photoshop.
