I was wondering if there was a way to run programs that I was using with Wine on my Linux pc on Windows, so that I can use my Windows compatible programs on Windows.

Any help would be appreciated I hate not being able to use one of my computers :(

I believe that there is a version of Wine for Windows to help properly run legacy software which is no longer compatible or stable enough to run directly on the current versions of Windows (and even vice versa). It is still being worked on http://wiki.winehq.org/WineOnWindows

There are people that have older versions of windows in towers to run a few games that are not compatible with newer versions of Windows. I know there are numerous business that have very expensive equipment/peripherals that will never run on Win7, Win8.?? or Win9 that are still running win98se and winXP without problems. But they also have backup systems to prevent shutdowns for hardware failures or operating system crashes (most important no internet connections). Try a dual boot solution!

Wine tries to emulate (yes i know that inaccuracy is in its very name, Linux people, I'm keeping things simple) Windows so programs that should work on Windows work on Linux too.

Those programs should just work on Windows, it is the operating system for which they were designed.
