How do i install my pen pad driver? (Windows 8)?

Question

I am trying to install my macro key manager to run my medion tablet. The CD i have to install it allows everything but my macro key manager to be installed. Its icon is blank and i can not seem to highlight it, unlike the others where the icons are shown and i can highlight them just fine. I can not seem to install it on my toshiba satelite C55-A Windows 8 Laptop. I was able to install it just fine on my Windows XP acer one as well as my old Compaq Windwos XP desktop computer, but for some reason, i can not seem to get it on here. I assume it is incompatible with windows 8? If so, is there another way i can get it to install on here? Help would be appreciated. Thanks.
