You need a bitorrent client to download the file.

BitTorrent is a peer-to-peer file sharing (P2P) communications protocol. BitTorrent is a method of distributing large amounts of data widely without the original distributor incurring the entire costs of hardware, hosting and bandwidth resources. Instead, when data is distributed using the BitTorrent protocol, each recipient supplies pieces of the data to newer recipients, reducing the cost and burden on any given individual source, providing redundancy against system problems, and reducing dependence on the original distributor.

The protocol is the brainchild of programmer Bram Cohen, who designed it in April 2001 and released a first implementation on 2 July 2001. It is now maintained by Cohen's company BitTorrent, Inc.[1]

Usage of the protocol accounts for significant traffic on the Internet, but the precise amount has proven difficult to measure.

There are numerous compatible BitTorrent clients, written in a variety of programming languages, and running on a variety of computing platforms.

I don't quit get your question? If it is for downloading follow the above examples, but I'm thinking you already have the files and want to mount them. If this is the case daemon tools is an image emulator. When you download those big files, a game or something, they need to be emulated as if they were in a real disc. Go to http://www.daemon-help.com/ to see if your files have the end extensions, like cue, bin, iso... Instal the Daemon tools, Right-click on the DAEMON Tools trayicon, Select Virtual CD/DVD-ROM, Select Set number of devices(this means you're creating a virtual kind of CD/DVD ROM), Click on a number and chose one for starters, Click Mount, Browse and select the image you wish to mount(select one of those big files that you downloaded), Click OK or double-click on the file to mount. Now that you're image is mounted in the virtual CD/DVD ROM, it's time to set the type of emulation. Once again, Right-click on the DAEMON Tools trayicon, Select Emulation, here you'll have many choices, for the moment select safedisc and securom. That's it!

to use torrents you need to download a program suck as bittorrent and utorrent, i reckon utorrent is the best

get from here

http://www.utorrent.com/download.php

to mount a image on daemon tools you need to set up a virtual device,to do that right click the icon down in the bottem right corner and go up to virtual cd/dvd-rom devices>set number of devices then '1 device" should be ticked.

then to mount image

right click it> go up to "virtual cd/dvd-rom> then next to "device">mount image

then you just browse the image file and it should automatically come up
