you go here http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/pd/productID.216633300?wt.mc_id=vssitebuy

click buy now and you give them details from a little rectangle piece of plastic that some call a credit card,

then if you have enough paper in your bank account they give you a number that you put into visual basic to make it the full version

The Express Edition isn't the evaluation version, it's a slightly cut down version of Visual Studio Professional.

The Professional edition costs $800. If you want the edition with a full copy of MSDN then you need to spend another $400.

Here's a comparison between the two - http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/vssetup/thread/2263f2d9-ade3-4157-a024-957aa7397b0a - it's up to you whether you need the extra features of the Professional edition and want to spend the money for it.

You can get a trial of the Professional version here - http://www.microsoft.com/express/Downloads/

You really do need to read these pages more carefully when you download stuff.

This is not illegal, and will get you another XX days (same as original free trial):

1. Back up your music, bookmarks, movies, personal information and other stuff

2. Reformat/reinstall your Windows onto computer

3. Copy back all your music, bookmarks, etc, etc. to computer

Your computer will see that it's "new" and when you go to install VB2010 it will give you another full XX days of free trial.

^^Yes this works, but it's a bit extreme. I understand.

1. By making payment.

2. By cracking with the help of cracking experts.
