Make Explorer my default browser?

Question

Despite selecting Explorer as the default Browser via "make default" every time I open Explorer it asks if I want to make it the default and I find the selection unmade!

It may be another browser trying to make itself the default. Most browsers have something similar to IE, so you may want to see how to stop making those try and make themselves the default.



Go to the Internet Options in IE and in the Programs tab, click the Make Default button. Browsers are always trying to make themselves the default so you'll also need to check the "Tell me if Internet Explorer is not the default web browser" checkbox.

In internet Explorer: visit procedures > internet recommendations > classes Tab decrease than the heading default internet browser click "Make Default" and click ok. it truly is it set default. desire this helped. ~

try going to the other browsers u have and un-tick the "make ________ the default browser" in all other browsers u have cuz maybe there's a conflict

Do you have another browsers ? ( Chrome OR Firefox...etc )



if yes, they also ask the same question you may have clicked yes at one of them.



If no, update your iexplorer (IE) may have problem or something (IE9 if windows 7, IE8 if XP or Vista).

Internet Explorer is horrible, slow, and buggy.

Mozilla is slow
