After installing Advaced Systemcare and running for a couple of days, ms office (excel, word,etc.) shortcut keys were disabled (control C for copy, control X for cut, it is showing as C and X, control key combinations are disabled). Pls help.

If the shortcut keys are not working then deleting a shortcut and then create the new, for deleting the keyboard shortcut keys follow the steps below :
1. On the Tools menu, click Customize Keyboard.
2. Click the Categories list, click a menu name.
3. Choose from the list of commands a task for which you have created a keyboard shortcut.
4. Current keys box, click on the shortcut to be removed, and then click Remove.

You don't need to uninstall it. Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. Select MS Office and click on Change. You will be given the option to repair the installation.

These types of softwares sometime delete required programmes.
Better reinstall MS Office and get rid of the problem.
I am using for a long time and I did not face any problem with the software.

Dont like that program.. It Messed up 2 computer's.
Get 'TuneUp Utilities' :)
P.s: Does the crappy program give an option to Restore Changes Ect?
