Flight Simulator wont start after installation HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I Installed Fsx and when it finished I clicked start flight simulator after installation and nothing came up so I went into program files/Microsoft games/fsx and the fsx start up file wasn't there it was just the autogen thru weather folders and "Activate,FSXinstall, mspac.dll,msspacre.dll, sldlext.dll,and support

please help
