I Cant download ANYTHING, my computer auto restarts.?

i have windows vista ultimate. its a laptop.. i cant download any program, when i do my computer starts downloading then it just auto restarts, but nothing got downloaded..

wen u start ur comp

quickly go to control panel

system setting s or sumn with the battery sign

and ggo to power settings

and choose dont do anything for auto restart

sounds like a virus... or just a case of the buggy vista platform....

my advice.... go back to xp!



i bought my comp not to long ago, came loaded with vista, and in the first day it restarted by itself like 8 times. that frustrated me! so rolled back to xp... and i am happy!!!!!!

Replace the Power Supply Unit !!! use a good brand like; Corsair or Antec TruePower ...
