URGENT ...Is there any shortcut key for getting snapshot images when we watching a movie in VLC player ?

Dont say about PRINTSCREEN key. Otherthan that tell me the shortcut key for snapshot.

I believe that "Print Screen" is the best option, don't know why u don't like it. Take the snapshot, paste it in MSPaint and then save it as JPG.

I don't know if it works with VLC player but it works with PowerDVD. It's called Fraps. You can take pictures and vids of games or movies. In bmp but if you buy it as jpg too, I think.
