Since I have no idea how to install Unix/Linux on my pc (along with windows, which I need), can you advice me some good emulator?

I am learning Unix and would like to excercise some commands.

The emulator doesn't have to have the full system functions.

Yes, Cygwin is a good idea! But, for the sake of ease of use and ease of setup, I suggest you use a Live CD like Knoppix or Ubuntu. They are great as they will run straight off the CD, you can save files to your HD, and absolutely no installation or setup hassles. Just put the CD in your Cd rom drive and boot with it. Simple as that.

Hope that was helpful.
