The answer to this is probably really simple but I can't find the info anywhere.

When using find and replace, how do I insert a line break.

For instance, say I have:
"word 1, word 2"

How to I get it to display:
"word 1"
"word 2"

Thanks in advance

In the Find and Replace dialog box, insert either a ^l (for an intra-paragraph line break) or a ^p (for a paragraph mark) between Word 1 and Word 2 in the Replace With text box.

Also, if you click the More button, then the Special button that appears, you'll see a long list of special codes you can insert and look for.

Hi, Please try this:

go to edit -> replace and u will see 2 text boxes labelled "Find what" and "Replace with".

Type in the following:

Find what : "word 1,word 2"

Replace with : "word1 ^l word2"

I tried it out and it works...
