Help with Excel - arrows are not moving cell to cell?

Normally when I am using Excel and I hit the arrow keys, it jumps from cell to cell. Right now it is not doing that. It is moving the entire document without showing what cell the cursor is in. I hope that makes sense.

See if the "scroll lock" button in the upper right hand corner of the keyboard is activated. Let me know.

try double clicking a cell first

then try again!



not sure but that happened the other day and it worked for me!
