In my excel sheet, even after having some of same columns, merging column for each row can be different. like: if for row 1, merging has to be done from header 'AD' then it may be the case that for row 2, merging is required from column header 'AJ'.

Please provide ASAP.
Thanks in Advance.

Move the columns in the second sheet so they match those on the first sheet, then you can select all the data on the second sheet, copy and paste it on the end of the first sheet data.

Make a copy of the sheets so in the event it doesn't work you have a backup copy.

You can use Vlook up which is the best option to manage your data from 2 different excel sheets as per you require.

Yeah this will have to be convenient. Simply have each workbooks open and sort "=" within the mobile that you wish to have the outcomes of the two values added collectively and then choose C4 on the primary sheet, then C4 on the 2d sheet and then press enter. Even higher can be to have the two organizations on the identical workbook but unique sheets? Is this possible?

the easiest cheat is to use access

access can fill in each column provided you give the column a proper matching name

then after you have finished you export it back out
