I have bought a laptop and I also have a PC. I am wondering how the hell to copy a program so I can put on my memort stick and then onto my laptop instead of downloading it again.

If you downloaded a setup file just select the file (if you have more than one file you can hold control and click those files) right click select copy go to your flash drive right click and paste it there then just put your flash drive in the laptop and copy/paste it there. Make sure you copy it as the setup installation though so the proper entries are made in the registry and if folders need to be created they will. Or just download it like someone said its easier; this is what I do I'm too lazy to look for my old flash drive and my computer is really slow. So I can't be bothered to do this unless you're talking about a really big file or something.

It is better that u keep th Setup file for ur programs,

u can just copy th program to ur flash memory to copy it to another computer, but some program will not work, cuz some programs need a system files that contained in th setup file it self

Just download it again. If you don't want to do that...

go to

C:\Program Files

ans then look for the program name or the maker of the program.

If you mean you want to load it from your flash drive; you shouldn't COPY it on there; you should INSTALL it on your flash drive. Depending on which program it is, you should then be able to run it on either your PC or notebook.

it would probably be simpler and quicker just to download it again.
