windows update error code 8007000D?

Question

Hi i keep trying to download updates on vista (i suck with technology so i cant tell you what updates, but they're important) and i keep getting error code 8007000D?
WHAT DO I DOOOO :(
im trying to get these updates because my windows media player and itunes are not working
windows media player: "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help."
itunes: the diamond in the progress bar does not move, no music plays

PLEASE HELP WITH THE ERROR CODE 8007000D, WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER OR ITUNES !

Have you configured your WSUS server to get Vista updates from the Microsoft Update Beta site? If not just copy the following line in to a command prompt and run it. cscript.exe "%programfiles%\update services\tools\ToggleMUUrl.vbs" beta Note that your WSUS server must be using WSUS SP1 for this script to work.

make sure your security program and firewall are working though.
