Photoshop CS4 help: saving to png, jpg etc.?

I know that your supposed to just go to Save as, and then select it under formats, but the problem is, there not listed there.

The only things listed are
- Photoshop
- Large Document Format
- Photoshop PDF
- Photoshop Raw
- TIFF

Any tips on what to do/try.

Make sure you are in RGB mode. This looks like you might be in Index or CMYK mode. Check this by going to your Image menu, and selecting Mode and then RGB.
