Parsons Address Book 7.0 problem?

Question

My prgm needs a PTSAABDB.DLL file and after searching cyberspace there does not seem to be a fix. Seems that this problem surfaced with others way back when SP2 came out and some machines got hit quick and others, like me, got a delayed crash. Anyway, reinstalling won't help and there seems to be no .DLL available.
SOOO, if anyone has a running Parsons Address Book 7.0 I would like to send at least 2 add book files and have you export them to a .cvs and an .html file so that I can get the data back in 2 different formats. .cvs to import into another prgm and .html just to view and retype into another prgm.
If you would be willing, I would be forever rgatefull. These are just plain old address files, so if you offer to do it to steal some top secret info, your out of luck. For the computer pro's out there, the current file association is .AB2 and doesn't seem to like Access or Excel imports.
