Hi,
I'm a bit of a technophobe. Please help me with this problem! I know that if you want to change computers and sync an iphone to another computer with the SAME itunes account, it wipes everything (this is ridiculous!) The problem is I have bought films and music on my account on the other computer but I dont want to lose it all. I am willing to wipe everything on my iphone if there is anyway I can download the films and music and then put it back onto my itunes account. Is there any way I can transfer it?
As I said before, it is the same account, just a new computer.

Thank you!

Are both computers/iTunes authorised?

Sync = synchronise = the coordination of events to operate a system in unison.

It does not wipe everything. You are asking it to sync with a particular iTunes library. It assumes you have the items in the library that you want to use. If they are not in the library it is unable to use them.

I think you can download the films/music more than once on the iPhone?

Once you've plugged it into your new PC, you should be able to Sync all your purchases.
