When I open word, it gives me the page full with tiny squares but not the white blank page normally. Why? Help me! But when I open a Word file, it is ok!

Sounds like your Normal.dotx or.dotm may be corrupt. Try this:
1. Close all copies of MS Word.
2. In Windows Explorer go to the directory
C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates.
3. The Normal.dotx or Normal.dotm template should be in this directory. Change its name to Normal.dot.bak. (So if this doesn’t work, you can change it back.) If there is a file ~$ormal.dot (note the funny characters at the front), delete it.
4. Try Word again. It should find the template missing, recreate it, and, hopefully, give you back your functionality.
Hope that helps.

somewhat straightforward- on your kit menu, opt for concepts, you will see a tab for Spelling & Grammar- opt for that tab. Uncheck the (suited) container labeled verify spelling as you style. possible run a spell verify once you're finished by potential of pressing the f7 key. -Jivechops

find this file normal.dotm and delete it. It will reset all the settings.
