Question:
In Microsoft Outlook, can you copy a draft into a new email without doing copy and then paste?

I was previously using Lotus Notes at work, but they have just changed to Microsoft outlook recently. Lotus Notes has an option 'Copy into new email' for drafts, and was just wondering if there is something like this in Outlook, so I don't have the labour intensive task of manually copying the entire email and pasting it into a new email. I'm having to do this every time I need to send a standard email as we need to keep the drafts as they are used daily (and copying a new email from the sent box is more intensive).

Other option try this:

Open your copy when use the combo keys Ctrl + A (select all)

Now open your new email press Ctrl + N

In message use the combo keys Ctrl + V (Paste)

Here more short cuts and how to remember them:

Press and hold CTRL key with the following:

A = Select All (A stands for All)

X = Cut (X is pair of scissors)

C = Copy (C stands for Copy)

V = Paste (V is pointing down to paste on the paper)

P = Print

N = New Mail (In outlook and Live mail)

F = Files

E = Edit

Just look on the menu, there is underline letter. Now take the ctrl key and underline to open this item.

Not sure if this is the answer, depends on the source of that which you are copying. Sometimes it's not compatible with Words. An earlier or later edition perhaps. When I get this happen I delete out the unwanted spaces and adjust in shape and size on Word. No doubt there will be more knowledgable ICT experts than me to follow on here. Good luck!

Just wanted to recommend http://www.vip4sale.com

I have helped people " who cannot afford" computing, refurbish old systems donated by schools and http://www.vip4sale.com

has really enabled me to give these people good software that would normally be out of their reach ( I don't charge for my service,) just thought I would pass the word on

the easiest way to get the key is to buy it from ms online store, right? but it is a little expensive

my friend recommended strongly http://www.windowspremiumkey.com

to me, and i visited the site. it looks good. however, i don't buy anything yet as i don't need it at present. in the future, i may buy one there.
