I erased my app ( mac app store ) it is not available thru apple.com download only thru software update option thru mac os x it self. I need to erase a string from my update list so when I run update software computer will download it again..... so, I need to find a plist thru a terminal or jus thru a finder to erase correct line ...... dont know how to find a list... or where mac os x keeps it.... please let me know with a full path if possible.... thank you

I am understanding you erased (deleted) the actual Mac App Store application.



If that is what you did you will need to manually download and install the combo update that introduced and installed the Mac App Store, a link to do so is below.



HOWEVER BEFORE installing the combo package you need to run Verify Permissions and Fix Permissions..found in Utilities...Disk utility

You erased your MacApp Store, good for you. It's sicking to look at in a Disney mentality sort of way.

i think of you could conceal them by going to the Purchases section and clicking the "x" that seems beside the "deploy/put in" button. or you could desire to attempt logging out out of your account and relogging in.
