Adobe Photoshop CS5 installer failed to initialize !!! Please Help !!?

Question

I am trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Adobe IIlustrator CS5 on my computer. Whenever I run 'Set-Up.exe' file to install these softwares , I got a error message saying "installer failed to initialize.File not found".

Please Help me to solve this error. I am getting this error from both softwares during installation. I tried installing it on Windows XP service pack 3 and Windows 7 Ultimate as I have both OS installed on my PC but the error remained unsolved.

"I get the error when I reinstalled CS5.5. It shows "the installer failed to initialize".

Then I downloaded Adobe Support Advisor but that didn't say anything was wrong.







Also, I used Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool to clear all the services installed.



What should I do? "



I had Also this issue, and after a lot of research, testing and failure, ... i realize this was a 64 bits issue as i could install the app on a win 7 32 bits, all you need to do is the following ...



1- First you have to download the Adobe Aplication Manager



2- Let the Aplication Manager to Update



3- Then, after is installed and running ... try to install the adobe app u wanted to install again ...

Go to google and search for Adobe application manager download and install then run program again.

It's not a hooky copy is it? Only we just put the download version on all five of our computers without any trouble at all.
