You can do Oracle DBA on 9i first, take up Certification , and then upgrade to 10g. If you have mastered 9i well, then upgrading your knowledge to 10g will not be a problem.

Well considering that was a work of fiction and was always considered so i don't see how that matters. Its no different than lord of the rings or dungeons and dragons. Just because something talks about deities in a fictional setting doesn't make it true. Especially when it was suppose to be fiction from the get go.
