is this problem just with me about not responding mozilla firefox????? - help plzzz?

i recent started having trouble with mozilla firefox. as i surf the pages, 5 or 6 min after, it stops responding. i tried to un-install and then reinstall but it didn't seem to worked. whts the problem????? i use TREND MICRO 09 anti virus but it is good with rest of the programs. plzzz help me!!

This is not Firefox.



Do you have the latest version of Java JRE installed?



If so, malware may be the real problem.

look press ctrl+alt+delete on a similar time and choose the tab(technique) then seek for any merchandise bearing directly to firefox eg: firefox agent, firefox.dll and if didnt artwork attempt installation it lower back ,wish i helped!

And i dont know the reason ....

I think it must be my settings and configurations that prevents it from...
