Both MS Windows and Office will only work if it is brand new (unregisted before) or if it had been pre-installed by computer OEM manufacturer licenced by Miscrosoft. Nothing else will work Both MS Windows and Office must be run from C: (master hard drive) - no other drive will work. Windows and office licences are one single computer non-transferable licence. Here is how Microsoft enforces it: When you put windows or office disk in optical drive it connects with MS server which reads both software registration number and computer id number. Both numbers must match otherwise it will refuse registration. So MS server already has your software id number and your computer id number. If someone else tries to register it software number will match but computer id number won't and it will be refused. So you can reformat your old hard drive and put your original ms windows - only that or new copy of ms windows or it will not work. That is reason why you can re-install same copy unlimited time on the same computer (both ids will match) and you can't on any other computer.

You will not be able to run a full Windows 7 OS on a netbook. They are not man enough that's why they only have a Windows 7 Starter OS.



I looked up the specs for that netbook and the CPU is only rated at 1 Ghz.



You need at least a 2.5 Ghz rating to run 7.



Also the RAM is only 1 GB. 7 recommends at least 2 GB to run properly.



If you want a full 7 OS why don't you add the money for the key to the price of the laptop and get a proper laptop?
