I'm doing a [Microsoft] Powerpoint presentation at my school, where the computers use the newest version of Microsoft Powerpoint. I'm finishing the presentation at home, and I know how to send it from the new version to the old one but I'm not sure about sending it the other way.
I've got to show this to my class on Monday and I need it to work!
Can someone please help me?

I don't think you need to worry about this. All Microsoft programs should be backwards compatible, so the newer version should be able to pick up on youer older version files without a problem. The easiest way to test this, obviously, would be to do a small presentation as a test on your system at home, take it in (on a flash drive, email it etc), and then test to see whether it will work on the newer version, but I don't see you having a problem.
