I've heard online things like this:
http://www.tomshardware.com/news/windows-7-windows-7-sp1-sp1-update,12376.html

(Crashes)

And just bugs in general with the OS, Along with crashes.

Are these problems true?. Should I wait until Microsoft fixes the problems?.

I've heard the problems with the crashes were with people who didn't use Windows Update, But used Microsoft's WSUS.

Thanks

There where apparently few problems at first but they must have been resolved now. I waited until about 1 week ago to update and mine has been perfect.

Sounds like BS to me. I have 3 computers with Windows 7 Sp1 and none of them crash, show signs of bugs or exhibit any problems at all.

The problems talked about are concerning the WSUS service that is for network administrators.

Just use Windows Update.

I haven't had any problems on many of machines I've installed SP1 on.

You might as well anyway, because it's going to be pushed to you automatically via Windows update at the end of the month. Provided you have automatic updates turned on.

I loaded Win7 Sp1 them moment it was available and have not had any problems so far. I have always installed all Service Pacs for all of Microsoft"s operating systems,(Win98, XP, Vista, and now Win7), and never had any problems. It's my thought that even if you don't load the monthly upgrades and updates, you should always install the Service Pacs.

Hello honestly I shouldn't worry too much, i run a pc repair business (http://www.super-computing.co.uk/support.html) and have updated many pcs to win 7 sp1 and as yet have never seen one fail on the update.

Saying that i would always recommend backing up before doing a service pack update as the worst can happen and in the worst case a format and reinstall fixes all.

hope this helps, best answer please.

you are able to deploy homestead windows 7 at any older OS, like; ninety 8, XP, Vista and so on. you prefer purely a homestead windows 7 DVD and its activation key to get updates for you OS from Microsoft server. Get extra updates from here;
