Control + c = Copy

Control + x = Cut

Control + v = Paste

Control + s = Save

Look up at the Menu bar. See where the 'F' in "File" is underlined? That means that if you press CTRL+F, the File Menu will open. If you use the Help menu, you can get a full list of shortcuts.
