Problem in Microsoft Office 2013 ( setup can not find ProPlusr.WW \ ProPlusrWW.msi )?

Question

I have windows8 32bit and I downloaded iso image of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 32bit 2013 , I tried to install it by mounting the iso image, but during installation this message appeared ( setup cannot find ProPlusr.WW \ ProPlusrWW.msi. Browse to a valid installation source, and then click OK ) .
I browsed the source and clicked OK, but this didn't help.
Note that the file ProPlusrWW.msi is existing in the ProPlusr.WW folder in the iso image.
I tried to install it by other methods { burning the image into a DVD then install / extracting files into an empty folder then install / install it from USB drive } , but all have the same problem.
Is there any solution ?

You could actually purchase a copy of Office instead of trying to pirate it.

Personally I an not impressed with the newer 2013 Office or 365 as I hear it is a subscription, not an outright buy? So I am staying with 2010 until I hear otherwise. Office 365 a $149 yearly subscription? Correct me If I am wrong? I am in AU
