trying to dl avg free 2011. plz help!!?

i clicked on download and it went to the dl wizard and then a page popped up and it said please specify proxy settings.
server:
port: next to port it had 80 already there.
then it had a box that u could check or uncheck(it was unchecked) it said= use proxy authentication.
then it said select authentication, username, password. ive never had this come up when ive downloaded something. so im clueless what this is and where i find the info to put in or should i put the info in. does anyone know what this is, what it means, how to get the proxy settings and any advice? please help!! thanks so much...(i have a compaq presario cq62 if that matters) again thnx.

plz dont even try it... its best to use utorrent to download it from a website called extra torrent they give you the activation key and all plus you can even dl avg pc tune up for free there as well

why would you want AVG free, its rubbish.



if you want a free AV get Microsoft essentials.
