Windows Media Player 10 Mobile is available on Windows Mobile-based devices running Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition, Windows Mobile 5.0 or later.
It is not a software application (such as something for a desktop computer) it is bundled with the phone's operating system.

domicile windows Media participant on WinMo does no longer help the different video different than WMV or ASX. yet on a WinMo gadget the suitable media participant is TCPMP, this application can very nearly play something (i recommend it). For units WinMo 5 and up TCPMP performs like a breeze and is fantastically comfortable. Oh that's loose considering that's open source.

You can't. Unless there is a ROM update for your mobile that contains it, you can not download it or install it.
