How to correctly download flash videos from video sites, but not youtube or alike?

i have come across some sites with multiple flash videos in single page but without option to download.I did download some softwares which claims to be flash video downloader but when i copy- paste weblink, it says "No Videos Found".i know how to download from youtube or google video but Can you please guide me how to download these kind of flash videos?

METHOD 1:



Install this addon for firefox called download helper:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006/

Its the easiest way to download online videos from any site.



METHOD 2:

If you don't want to install any of this stuff then try this site:

Copy and paste the URL in the box

Choose the Movies Button
