Photoshop keeps crashing, Event viewer report?

Hi there, My photoshop has been crashing ever since I reluctantly upgraded to windows 8 a few months ago, and now I have a project which Is photoshop heavy so I need to sort this out. Here is the crash report:

same problem here.

i think the problem with memory (Not Enough RAM)

it's working perfect with windows 7.

when i install windows 8 then Photoshop keeps crashing.

Likely something to do with your video card driver. Either try updating it, or rolling back if you are using the latest one already.

Reinstall it.if it wont help scan computer for malware.or you can try reformat windows or reinstalling windows os.
