A file I/O error has occured. The file connection timed out. ............what is this? I was trying to save these pages from a download in Adobe Reader.

Sometimes things are set up so you can view a file but not save it. Othertimes, things go wrong when you try to save a file that opened Acrobat. Instead of left clicking it to open, try right clicking and Save target as....
If you are able to save the file, that should do it, directly to your computer without opening acrobat first. Then you can use acrobat to read the saved file.

It is an Input/ Output error which means nothing is wrong with your computer just some sort of connection of hardware. Just try making sure everything is plugged in and don't save it to an out side memery stick try to your desktop or to some folder you have.
