Question:
What Adobe PDF program does this?

I need to take a form (application for job), scan it, and allow me to fill out the information, print, and use.

I am told that there are programs that will create PDF files as well as allow you to scan a paper and then fill it in (like they do with some government forms online), but I cannot locate them at the Adobe Store. They have a lot of products, but none I have found so far say they work with PDF files or create them.

Can someone help with this?

Thanks,

I always create a pdf file with below way.

First, I create the form and enter text content in a word document;

Second, save the word document to pdf.

This is a bit trouble, but really saves money to pay for the expensive adobe acrobat.

By the way, I am using office 2007 and download a free add-in from Microsoft. With this add-in, I can save my office 2007 files to pdf easily, http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=4D951911-3E7E-4AE6-B059-A2E79ED87041&displaylang=en

If you are using other office version, office 2003 or 2010, you can find a solution from below article.
