Recently purchase a replacement laptop, this one came with windows 7 home premium. Firstly when printing a word doc, for some reason it also prints a data sheet which includes info on doc name, date create, how many charactors etc, cannot seem able to stop this from happening. Secondly is there a way to customise the tool bar, with the old windows programmes you could add buttons/icons I would like to have a print icon so I would not have to keep going into file/print then select print, just click the icon. Anyone any ideas? thanks.

The inclusion of statistics for the document printed is not a Windows 7 problem nor is it a Word problem. It is however a setting in Word Options. Click on the Big Office button on the upper left of the Word window and then click on Word Options. Click on the Display option in the left panel. In the Printing Options, 3rd option is Print document properties. This should normally not be selected. If it is selected, de-select it. Click OK.

you likely have leftovers or something on your force after installation that many diverse working structures. i might thoroughly reformat the force, and confirm you wipe each and every thing, and then reinstall domicile windows 7 with the help of skill of a valid, bought source. once you're having "lagging" effects it fairly is probably in simple terms something like a motive force that must be as much as date. yet till you have thoroughly wiped the force and reinstalled from scratch, it is going to be complicated for somebody else to pinpoint what your probably is and why. it could finally be something so elementary as your mouse motive force wanting updating.
