.....as the detail above, I have difficulties in opening that kind of file format. Can any computer expert teach me how to do it?

If Windows is unable to open EGISENX files you may not have the appropriate program installed or may have a registry related error. The .EGISENX extension identifies a file encrypted with Egis, a data security tool. Egis software releases a free reader here is the site:
rename to .jpg and open with any image editor, that looks like an image that was saved in a diff format extension but still is an image. i bet you could probably open it with any image viewer, but rename to .jpeg and try again.

remove .EGISENX, should work but it might mean that its a temp file
