Open the slides in powerpoint.

1.Click on the first slide.

2. Click on SLIDE SHOW and then rehearse timings.

This will kick off the slide show. On the top left corner you will see a stopwatch. The counter is in seconds.

Click on the mouse to advance to next slide and this will record the time of display before the next slide.

Keep clicking till the last slide and on each click the system will record the display time of each slide.

3. Once completed hit F5 to kick off the slide show and dont click on the mouse. You will notice the slides will automatically transistion based on the timing your recorded.

If you want to adjust the timing simply repeat step 2 till you get it right.

Enjoy.

Click on the animations tab at the top. Then click on transition scheme. It will ask if you want sound, and how fast you want it to turn.

I have vista, & I think if you have anything older, you would have to go from the dropdown menu.

go to slideshow and click "rehearse timings". but you have to have to get it in one take, so it may take a couple of tries.
