How would i add lyrics to a mp3 and turn it into a video?

Like what's a good program to have the lyrics synched with the music, where it would be on screen? Sorta like the old songs you would see videos for, and there would be a bouncing ball "bouncing" on the lyrics as they go by, where its synched.

windows live movie maker or windows movie maker. make your choice both the safe apart from interface.

movie maker but use changing colour for the words to be sung it take a long time as you have to do it frame by frame. using title /subtitle good luck

or go pro and use something like MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 16 Plus which as more options within
