Hi there!

I've bought HP laptop which has factory installed Windows 8. Its just simple Windows 8 not Professional. I want to install Windows 8 Professional from scratch. I tried but it automatically re-created recovery and EFI partition when I delete them and tried making C partition. When it restarted, same HP logo appeared like before and it never asked me for product key. I want to do a clean installation of Windows 8 Pro with nothing factory installed sh*t. Help me out with it please.

Thanks in advance

Did you deleted your that OS with Disk Management? you can delete some files with that function of Windows, but you can delete them permanently, You may delete the factory OS data irrecoverablelly by using the Format feature of partition tool. get one and have a try, let me know if you have any further question

First, you should back up all the classified or someway important data or files by using a extra Disk or transferring them into another partition which will not be partitioned.

After that you should download a sotware to help you with the formating deleting or formating work.

I usually use AOMEI Partition Assistant, this software will not cause the damage or the lose of your data and files. Use it to format your C drive. Reinstall your OS is the final step.

I would recommend getting a wipe disk CD from ebay. I bought one couple years ago, about $5 or less, and I've used it many times. There are controls to allow you to set how deeply and how strongly you want the hard drive wiped. (how many times to 'wipe' the drive--the more times, the stronger the cleaning. But you don't need to do too many. Each wipe is about 2 hrs worth!!)

Yes, HP always has the install section on the HD, and now Windows does the same thing. So hope you've got the 8 Pro disk already set up.

It only takes couple days to get the wipe disk from ebay and thru the mail. It's worth it for the good job they do.

You could use a low-level CD to wipe your entire computer but you would need to re-install an operating system.

You can download DBAN to wipe the hard drive.
