the first file is the sign for your document folder, even if you delete it, the next time you turn on your computer, it will created again.

the next file is cache for thumbnail of your photos and videos in your document folder. you can delete it but it will created again the next time you open the folder.

for both deleting wont help much, but you can hide them from

tools menu -> folder options -> view tab -> and tick the "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)"

for second file you can disable making it by "Do not cache thumbnails" in same list, but it might make your computer slow when opening your document folder in thumbnail mode.

thumbs.db is created when you view the files in the folder as thumbnails

desktop.ini is when you customize a folder

both are minor files with hardly any size

you are not getting much space by deleting them

To hide them.

In any Windows Explorer window, click Tools → Folder Options…

Click on the View tab.

Check off the radio button next to “Do not show hidden files and folders”.

Put a check in the box next to “Hide protected operating system files (recommended)”.

Click OK.

dont afraid of these files. these are the basic files when we use some software to run.

and if they delete they come again.

just ignore them

Don't delete them.

They are harmless and necessary.

They are Windows system files.

Probably they "suddenly appeared" because you changed the folder view options to "show protected operating system files"

They are system files and should not be deleted.

If you are adamant though, try highlighing them and pressing shift + delete on your keyboard.

Or, go into Tools - Folder Options - View tab - Do not show hidden files and folders.

Those are files involved with folder settings and saved thumbnails of files... they're probably in use as to why you can't delete them.. Maybe you should let them be..
