I made a power point presentation w/ fonts I got from a disk. How can I send the PPT through email or save on CD and keep the fonts when someone else plays it on their computer w/o the same fonts as my computer?

Powerpoint does this automatically. The only way that it wouldn't work is if they don't have the same font installed on their computer. Try a more universal font.

Try to convert your PowerPoint to Flash, then all the fonts will be retained even though other computers doesn't support the fonts.

Some third party presentation tool such as PPT2Flash Standard http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-flash.html

can help you do this work. You can convert it with one click. Of course, all the original effect can be retained in Flash.

You don't worry about the effect.

send the font style and let them install it on their pc.......or let them paste it on C:\WINDOWS\Fonts before executing the file ppt
