1. What is the easiest, cheapest and safest way to convert a microsoft word document to adobe or pdf file?

2. How can I make my document hidden in adobe file?

3. What shall I do to control the viewer of my document to prevent them from saving, copying and pasting, downloading and printing my document in pdf file?

I am asking because my client would like me to send the document through email, I want them to see my output but I wanna have guarantee that they will pay me in full amount that we have agreed on. In short, I wanna put restricted access to my document which was converted in adobe.

additional info: They ask me to translate the document from tagalog to english, my client is a Thai citizen

There's no way to do accomplish what you're describing. Even if you put the tightest restrictions possible on the document, your client could always get it with a print screen/screenshot.

Hello,i would like to help you!

1.Adobe Acrobat will cost a lot. Freeware is not confidential,so you should need a pdf converter,but some pdf converter usually cost more.One day saw on the other site and fine Advanced word to pdf is quite suit for you!

2. Sorry,i don't catch your question.

3.I know pdf can be protected in this two ways ,one is protected by password for opening ;the other is pdf restriction including restricted even when the document is decrypted: printing; copying text and graphics out of the document; modifying the document (using 'owner' password).You can use password remover to remover all of them.On that site,i found advanced pdf password remover is also good.

To convert a Word document to PDF I think you will have to buy software like "Acrobat." Pricey. To convert PDF to Word, not so bad. A couple of things come to mind. If you are sending it as an attachment, why do you need to convert it to PDF? Doesn't the recipient have Word? If not, in that case, save the document to a text file. Formatting may be lost (bold, underlines, etc.) but the text will all be there. Word Document: File Save AS Indicate where to save, give it a name, for type - click the down arrow and select "MS DOS text with line breaks." If the document is less than 10mb, you could send as inline text. From Yahoo Mail, click Options, General Preferences. click "Forward as Inline Text."

1. You can try A-PDF Creator to convert all kinds of your Microsoft files to PDF format, and you just need to select "Print->A-PDF Creator", then your files will be converted to PDFs as quickly as possible;

2. I'm not ensure your mean of "make my document hidden in adobe file", if you just want others can't open your PDF document, you can set a password for prevent others from opening your file in A-PDF Creator settings;

3. If you want to control the viewer and security of PDF files, you can also use A-PDF Creator settings, besides, you can change page layout, set properties, or many other features.

You can use the free trial version of Solid PDF Creator to print your Word file to PDF for free. The free trial is unlimited and does not place a watermark on your document. You an use the security settings to add security to protect it from being printed or edited. You could also put a user password on the file so they cannot open it unless you give them the password.
