Any Android emulator For Pc Other Than Youwave or bluestacks for low Ram Pc?

Actally bluestacks is not working coz of graphic card problems and youwave is not useful coz latest version of whatsapp is not working in it?can u suggest any other latest android emulator for pc?

The only remaining Android emulator now is Andy but I'm not sure if its going to work on anything below 1GB of RAM. You can try installing that though. Good luck..

Try a virtual environment.
For Android x86 you could use WMware Workstation or Virtualbox though it's more resource hungry.
Even on a PC with 1GB of RAM you can easily allocate it 256MB of RAM, just make sure to close all non crucial services and programs while using it.
