Trying to do mail merge and all the empty fields are coming up within the merge. Want to end the spreadsheet just after all my work shows? Does this make sense to anyone?

Create or select a new worksheet and clear it. Then copy only the portion of the old worksheet that you want to the new worksheet. If you want you can then clear the old worksheet, copy the new one back over the old, and delete the new one. Or you can just delete the old worksheet and, if necessary, rename the new one.

About the only way I can think of that happening is if there are blanks somewhere in those rows that are keeping Excel from ignoring them. Spreadsheets don't have explicit "ends". The rows stop being considered active when they're all empty.

Deleting the rows or deleting the contents of the rows should fix the problem, but I can't figure out how to tell you how far to go.

Hope that helps somewhat.

Even just having the cells formated with borders is enough to cause rows to be included in the list.
